Single Shoulder-grab #1 (single); Step forward on mirror side with knife-hand block, palm strike to face/chin using opposite hand, grab attacker with both hands for knee strike, then push away

Shoulder-grab #2 (double); Step backward into backstance with simultaneous double blocks --outside and upward, reverse palm-strike to face/chin, push-kick using rear leg
